Terms of Service

1. The service

GreaterSearchConsole (“we”, “us”) syncs your Google Search Console data into a store you can explore without sampling, row limits or the 16-month cut-off, and lets you track how search results change for the queries you pick. We are an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure. You are responsible for what happens under it.
• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a contract.
• Connect only Search Console properties that you own or are allowed to access.
• Give us accurate information, and keep it up to date.

3. Your data

Your Search Console data stays yours. You give us permission to read, store and process it only to run the service for you. The details are in our Privacy Policy, including how we follow Google's Limited Use rules. You can disconnect Google or ask us to delete your data at any time.

4. Plans, billing and cancelling

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, through Stripe. Current prices are on the pricing page.
• A paid trial turns into the regular monthly plan at the end of the trial unless you cancel before then. The trial is offered once per customer.
• You can cancel at any time in the app settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it.
• Each plan has limits, such as the number of properties and the daily tracking credits. Unused daily credits do not carry over.
• We may change prices or plan limits. We tell you at least 30 days before a change affects a plan you pay for.
• If a payment fails, we may move your account to the free plan until it is fixed. Your stored data is kept.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not:

• break the law, or anyone else's rights, with the service,
• try to get into other users' data, or test our security without written permission,
• overload the service, scrape it, or get around plan limits or rate limits,
• resell the service or give others access to your account, unless your plan allows it,
• copy, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Data from other providers

The service depends on Google (Search Console data) and on DataForSEO (search result pages). Their data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and their services can change or stop. Search results differ by location, device and time, so a stored result page is a snapshot, not a guarantee of what every searcher saw. Do not rely on the service as your only basis for important business decisions.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we do not promise it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever shut the service down, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.

8. Our content

The software, design, text and brand of GreaterSearchConsole belong to us. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

9. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we have to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as the limit of liability, continue to apply afterwards.

12. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.

13. General

These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the service. If one part is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not lose it. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country still apply to you.
